SIALKOT (ENNS) In Sialkot, the leading soccer balls manufacturer and exporter Masud Akhtar Khawaja has produced World’s first ever “air-less” machine-made football by using the advanced manufacturing technology invented by him and his hard working team at his factory Forward Sports International in Sialkot.
He said that the World was declaring this invention of the airless football as a landmark achievement by Sialkot-Pakistan, which has astonished the World by producing/inventing the airless football as well.
According to Masud Akhtar Khawaja, he and his team had been working on a project of producing an “air-less” football for the last six months with the help of the advanced manufacturing technology , invented by his team, and finally they have produced and invented the World’s first-ever “air-less” football after the hectic efforts.

He termed it a major invention of the World, saying that we proudly announce this first-ever airless football in the World. He said that though it was a mini airless football and now we were developing this technology to improve this mini airless machine-made football into a big (normal sized) football as well.
“First we invested advanced technology and machinery following the global trends of the footballs’ manufacturing at our factory Forward Sports in Sialkot-Pakistan, and then we started working on producing/inventing this airless football. We remained successful in producing this mini-sized machine made airless football.
Though, it was in mini size and soon would it would be a normal sized airless football to be produced here in Sialkot-Pakistan.
He said that there is no need of any air for the whole of the life to be filled in this football once it is prepared. This is the great success and victory of the advanced technology, vision and skills as well, he narrated.
He said this airless ball is called “Airless Mini Ball” (AMB) and the World is declaring it a biggest invention, proudly by the Sialkot-Pakistan. “Yes, we have enough capabilities for the early start of the commercial production of this airless mini football globally”, he revealed.
Earlier, the Sialkot based leading exporter Masud Akhtar Khawaja had produced “Brazuca Football” at his factory “Forward Sports” in Sialkot for Adidas company in 2014. This Brazuca Football was the official football played in 2014 FIFA Football World Cup Brazil as well.
