ISLAMABAD (ENNS) National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has approved repatriation of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz Sharif through Interpol, the bureau’s chairman confirmed here on Thursday.
NAB chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal told media the accountability body has accorded approval to bring Hassan and Hussain Nawaz, the sons of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, back to Pakistan with the support of Interpol.
Dismissing speculation, Iqbal said the bureau does not have any political motives and is not out to target any political party.
He said that they (Politicians) can run election campaign but when summoned before NAB, should appear before the bureau.
