ISLAMABAD (ENNS) Supreme Court has convicted PMLN leader and former minister Danyal Aziz here on Thursday and he has been disqualified for five years to contesting election.
Justice Mushir Alam announced the verdict with punishment of till rising the court as well. The three members bench included Justice Azmat Saeen and Justice Gulzar Ahmed.
Aziz can not contest election for five years as per the verdict. He will be present in the court until cases are in proceeding for his punishment.
He had regretted but did not apologised unconditionally in the case.
