Veteran politician, former deputy speaker of National Assembly Syed Zaffar Ali Shah held meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan here in Islamabad.
Shah met with Khan at Banigala and sources have claimed that soon he will join PTI. PTI leader MNA Dr Arif Alvi and others were present during the meeting.
Shah had remained MNA many times and once had contested elections on the ticket of PPP Shaheed Bhutto but had lost.
It is worth to mention that even in 1990’s rigged elections Shah was few of among those who saved their seats on the PPP tickets.
