SIALKOT (ENN) The Saddar Daska police have registered a case against a rape victim (S) for having patch up with the accused rapist and his companions allegedly after taking heavy amounts from them.
First Information Report (FIR) No. 17/2018, under section 213 PPC against the victim on the report of a police sub inspector Muhammad Akram.
FIR revealed that the village Kaanwaan Lit-Daska based married woman (S) was abducted by four armed accused including Boota and they took her to a nearby brick kiln, where the accused Boota forcibly raped her at gunpoint on October 23, 2017. On her report, the Daska Saddar police had registered a rape case against accused Boota and his three other companions.
FIR revealed that the rape victim, later, took heavy amount from accused Boota and his companions and patched up with them and saved them from further legal action against them by police. She also recorded her statement before the local court in Daska in favour of the accused and also withdrew her case against them.
