Zardari while indirectly indicating to Nawaz Sharif and Imran said that “Patwari and Lohar” were not ready to understand the situation and are damaging the democracy. He said if you would have something then you would offer to people of Pakistan; therefore they will have to understand the sensitivity of the situation.
He said better relations with Afghanistan are in favour of Pakistan and if required we will fight for the cause of Kashmir. He said analysts, who had been criticising PPP and me are now specking in favour of us as they have understood our achievements.
Zardari said many people left in difficult times as I was in prison, the wealthy people did not visit me but workers kept meeting him in prison, so he knows very well the situation but is not afraid of prison.
He said India cannot make us Nepal and we will get back Kashmir from India. We will promote agro-based economy but Nawaz Sharif and Khan are not aware the dynamics of economy.
Zardari claimed that dollar is running too far these days as 127 Pakistan rupees are equal to one US dollar at the moment but rulers are telling lie with cosmetic measures.
The gathering was addressed by Syed Khurshid Shah, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Raja Parvez Ashraf, Nayyar Iqbal, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro and others. While Arif Lohar presented songs.
