CAIRO (MD) Over 235 killed in bomb attack in Al-Areesh city of Egypt. According to reports a mosque was targeted during Friday prayer, resulting in the killing of over 85 persons on the spot and many injured. Later death toll jumped to over 300.
Initial reports say people had gathered for Friday prayer in a mosque of Al-Areesh city where bomb blasted during pray. As many as 155 lost their lives and many have been injured. Emergency has been declared and government has announced three days mourning in the country.
