Karachi (ENN) National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi conducted a raid at office of Karachi Development Authority (KDA) Civic Centre in inquiry against Syed Nasir Abbas Ex Director General (DG) KDA.
NAB team seized crucial record pertaining to offences allegedly committed by accused persons with respect to lands/plots of KDA and arrested one Director (BPS 19) named Syed Obaid Ahmed. He was arrested on leads gathered by investigating team consequent upon interrogations of accused Nasir Abbas who is under NAB’s custody.
Arrested accused Syed Obaid Ahmed is prima facie involved in approving amenity plots for illegal use.
