Deputy Commissioner Larkana Kashif Ali Teepo has said that government was ready to share every information with its citizens including journalists except its confidential as per law.
While addressing concluding ceremony of 3-day workshop on Right to Information, organized by Media Foundation 360, DC offered journalists to collect information form his office at any time and such information should be used for the betterment of the people and Pakistan.
He regretted that some sections of the media particularly reporters broadcast un-authentic news which was beyond media ethics.
Mubashar Bukhari of Media Foundation 360 and senior journalist of Lahore Sheeraz Hasanat, Moyad Jaffari, Lala Hassan and others spoke on the occasion. They emphasized on ethical, responsible and investigative reporting.
