Mufti Abdul Qavi managed to escape from the premises of Multan district court after his protective bail was rejected. Later Police arrested him. He has been nominated in famous social media celebrity Qindeel Baloch case, who was murdered by her brother followed by a social media video clip of Qindeel with Mufti.
Mufti is facing charges of inciting Qindeel’s brothers for killing her. Renowned cleric has been associated with Pakistan Tehreek Insan and was the member of “Rooete Halal Committee” (Moon citing Committee) and had been claiming on media that he is not afraid of arrest as he is not guilty but today he escaped of the court.
Later Police arrested Mufti Qavi while he was on run to Jhang from Multan High way. Meanwhile official incharge at Court has been suspended for failing in arresting the Abdul Qavi.
