KARACHI (ENNS) Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) has urged authorities at Pakistan railways to restore concessional tickets to the journalist community and their families as in the past.
In a joint statement, President PFUJ Shahzada Zulfiqar, Lala Asad Pathan and Secretary General Nasir Zaidi said that concessional tickets for journalists and their families was a decades old facility which had never been terminated by any government in the past.
They called upon Railways Minister Shaikh Rashid Ahmed to intervene and extend his full support in restoring the facility immediately.
