LAHORE (ENNS) Senior lawyer of Supreme Court and legal expert Abdullah K Dogar better known as A K Dogar breathed his last here on Sunday after suffering from a prolonged illness.
Lawyers’ organisations and bodies from all parts of the country paid rich tributes to Dogar, hailing his services as a senior lawyer. The deceased was acknowledged as a lawyer who always fought to promote democracy, rule of law and pro-bono cases for public at large.
AK Dogar was known for his legal acumen and his expertise on constitutional matters.
He always raised voice against unlawful, discriminatory and high handedness of state functionaries.
Dogar was in his 80s.
Moreover LRF’s Malik Tahir Iqbal, Advocate Asia Munir, Fayyaz Awan Advocate, Lala Hassan advocate and others while paying rich tribute to the services of Mr Dogar extended their condolences with the grieved family.
