LAHORE (ENN) Model Iqra Saeed, 22, who had travelled Lahore from Karachi and passed away on Tuesday in mysterious circumstances, was drugged before being left at the hospital, doctors said.
Saeed, who was allegedly murdered, had been admitted to the hospital when three men identified as Usman, Hasan Butt, and Umar Raza Butt, all of whom are residents of Lahore’s Gulshan-e-Ravi area had fled after leaving her at the Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara two days prior.
The young model had been brought into the medical facility in an unconscious state and died two days later. She was given some sort of “drugs that caused her death”, doctors at the hospital said.
Police, on the other hand, said the deceased’s body has been moved to the morgue for post-mortem and an investigation has been initiated.
