SIALKOT (ENN) In Daska, the local police have registered a case against an accused sub inspector and twelve other accused policemen for illegally raiding at the house of a local citizen, thrashing a woman and keeping her in illegal detention for several hours in Daska city police station of Sialkot district of Punjab province.
Daska City police have registered a case (1016/2018) under sections 342, 355 PPC and 155-C Police Order, by the orders of the local court.
FIR revealed that accused sub inspector Mehmoodul Hassan and twelve other accused policemen had raided at the house of a local labourer Abdul Sattar located at Rab Nawaz Colony Daska illegally here on April 24, 2018.
The raiding accused policemen said that they raided there to recover a big quantity of the fireworks from there. But, the police could recover nothing from there.
Raiding police also thrashed labourer Abdul Sattar’s wife Rizwana Bibi and took her in illegal detention for several hours in Daska city police station.
Labourer Abdul Sattar knocked at the door of the court of Additional District and Session Judge (ADSJ) Daska Tajammal Hussain Hunjra for getting justice against this Daska police highhandedness.
ADSJ ordered the Daska City police to register a case against accused policemen.
